Notifications for the Forthcoming Season

1. Assists

We have made a change as to what qualifies as an assist. Previously an assist was awarded when:

i. A player makes the last pass before a goal is scored.

ii. A player shoots on goal and the goalkeeper blocks, parries or drops the ball or the ball rebounds off the post or crossbar and a goal results.

iii. A player is fouled to earn a penalty; providing the player does not take the penalty himself and the penalty is scored.

Going forward an assist will be awarded only when:

i. A player makes the last pass before a goal is scored. If an opposing player interferes with the flight of the ball, then no assist will be given.

2. Administration Fee

The administration fee on each unit stake will be changed to 30%. The remaining 70% will be contributed to the prize pool.

3. Seasonal Pool Sizes

The Premier League seasonal pool has been increased to a guaranteed amount of €5,000.00. All other seasonal pools will remain at €1,000.00.

4. Man of the Match and Bonus Point Awards

During Euro 2012 we trialled the game without the aforementioned awards. The trial proved popular so we have decided to stick with the same format for all competitions.
